Get to Know the Head Chef!

Hi, I'm Charles, the curator of delicious and nutritious content for your daily teaching journey! I've been making ACTUAL edible snacks for my school staff to enjoy for years. I even opened a local farmers market-based food business briefly in 2018. While I will sometimes still cook for the staff, I'm spending a lot more time sharing what I read and am learning from my classroom reflections that I think will be of benefit to a wider audience, and in the longer term.
